Child Custody

My son, is going to court Oct,3rd His ex is taking him about Child customy.He got DNA.. He needed to Know.. He paid $450.00. It is his baby..But,Birth paper has a defferent father on it. I think his ex is going to fix it were he can't see the baby.. But, pay child support. She has a lawyer, He don't.. The papers are fix. A friend call me and said, ex and boy friend in setting him up. Boy friend is on birth paper as father.But, wants child support and not let my son see his child..Dose grandmother have rights in Pa. If so where do I go.. The main thing is. Dose a public defender help in child customy court. And, where can He go to get one.. He has been seeing child on week ends. Wants more time. And,I know his ex is just after what she can get.. My son is 24yr. and has a factory job. I'm afraid they are going to take him for all they can. Without him being able to see Child. He has trust her on many occations. She burns him every time.. Please help. Son is always let down. And gets very depressed. I love my grand child and have never seen her.. Her B-day was today. Two yrs old. I want to spend time with her.. Please please Help..--name removed--

Your son needs to get a lawyer. You may have rights to visitation along with your son. Because of the date being so close I recommend speaking with an attorney as soon as possible. I offer free consultations.
