child custody and child support

i left pa with y son to move to tn. and my exbf took him away from me i have him for part of the summer, this is supposedly joint custody, he now wants to take me for child support whn i have no job ..what can i do to prevent this from happeneing that we have joint custody

You need to speak to an attorney. Custody and support are complicated and can cause significant financial and emotional hardships. If you have the ability to make money and aren't an imputed income will be assigned if you are found to owe support.
