child custody and child support

i have partial custody of my two kids and i havent seen them for 4 months already i filed contempt of court on her and she still chooses not to give me kids and was told to move back to philadelhia because she move to erie,pa w/o my or courts permisson and still hasnt move back since court hearing. plus i pay childsupport to and still cant see them

Has the court heard your contempt petition? Under the rules they are suppose to hear the case in 2 months.

Based on what you've said she should be made to follow the court's order.

Whether or not you pay child support isn't suppose to be a factor in custody cases, that said the fact that you do will make you look better to the court than if you didn't.
