My ex has primary custody of my 2 son's. We currently have a joint custody agreement but, I had to move out of state because my husband is in the Army. I can not afford to fly back for visitation modification and contempt hearings. My ex has offered to waive child support if I sign over my visitation. Is this possible? If so does sigining over visitation mean I am signing over my rights as there mother? Is there a way to do this with out having to get a lawyer to file the papers or me having to travel back to PA?

Be careful unless the child support Order is modified and signed by the court the modification will not be effective.
I really cannot advise you to do this without a lawyer's assistance.

NO!!
Any agreement to for go child support is unenforceable in Pennsylvania.
I would be also opposed to signing any agreement on partial custody as it may affect you rights in the future.

In Louisiana such an agreement would not be enforceable.
