Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Child custody & visitation rights

I'm the father of 3 children who have been living in Florida w/ their mother since 09/01/2006. We were divorced about 3 years ago. Since they have relocated, there is no official agreement or contract to let me take them for the summer or holidays. How do I get those rights? The divorce was ''no fault''

Re: Child custody & visitation rights

Was their representation by counsel in the divorce?

Was the divorce done in PA?

Was the issue of custody raised by either party?

Custody is generally handled by the courts of the child's home state. The home state is generally the state were the child has resided for the past 6 months.

The first determination is which state has jurisdiction and that would be done by an attorney review of the paperwork.

If we can help let us know. Services at a reasonable fee.
