child custody

i have 24 year old daughter pregnant has bipolar wants me to raise child her pay me support can we do without going to court how do you get support from father wants nothing to do with child

You do need a court order to have an enforceable custody right. To do that she and have to agree to give you custody. This is done by a stipulation and filed with a custody petition. The court will then make it an order of the court.

Assuming the child father either acknowledges paternity. Which can be proven by the fact he signed the agreement or submits to a paternity test that shows he's the child's father. He and your daughter are on the hook for child support.
