Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Child Custody

Can my 15 1/2 year old decide where he wants to reside if one parent doesnt agree? He wants to live with one parent, not flip flop back and forth, as already in our agreement.

Re: Child Custody

Since you have an agreement, you'll probably need to modify it through the Court system. That is often done with stipulations (another agreement) approved by the Court. But if one party can't agree, you'll probably need a hearing where the (by then almost 16 year old) child will be allowed to voice an opinion.
