Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

i have a 5 yr old son who lives with his dad when we split up we decided that we would split him up between us like i have him for one week and his dad has him for one week and that was working out fine no courts were involved it was a mutual agreement...well i decided to move otu of the area due to the volence in the area his dad was not gonna let me take him woth me so we decide he would stay w/ his dad and i would have him for the summer well things didnt work out for me in the state that i moved to so i decided to move back to pa where my son lives...he is taking me for child support which is fine with me because he was the one who paid for daycare and was recieving food stamps and public assistance for him...but now i feel he is gonna try to stop me from seeing our son because i dont want to be with him anymore..can a parent do that?? can a parent not allow the other to see there child beccause that person is in another relationship he always says '' i dont want my son around any other man..so what if i meet someone and fall in love and get married..i'm so confused i feel that i have to do everyhting his way in order to be in my sons life..i lov my son dearly he is the main rason i am moving back i cant be away from him anymor

No. He cannot prevent you from seeing your son unless he can prove that you are a threat to your son's health or welfare.
