Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My child

My daughters mother wont let me see her. There is no custody agreement, and no justifiable reason for denying me time with her. She wont answer the phone when i call. What are my rights?

Re: My child

Right now you have almost no rights UNLESS you file for a custody order and an order is entered.

Absent a custody order there is not much you can do about mom's behavior. With a custody order you can.

If you have any questions feel free to contact me. The initial consultation is free.
