I'm sorry to say divorce is not the remedy available to you.

What you need to do is find some one you can talk to like a school guidence counselor or even a teacher and tell them what is going on at home. They may have a feeling something is not ok at home but they need you to tell them. People in these positions are required to report such matters to those who can take action on your behalf. Hopefully there is a relative or even a friend who can take you in.
