child legal guardianship

a friend wants to give me legal guardianship and her and the father pay me child support and we do this out of the court system? can you tell me how to draw up the papers? we both live off of a limited finances and can't afford a lawyer

No, a guardianship can only be created by the Orphan's Court.

Given the nature of Guardianships its something best drawn up by a lawyer. Its your best defense down the road.
