At what age does a child have the right to say where he or she wants to live?[separted parents]

The Courts are usually always interested in who the child wishes to live with, but the older the child, the more weight given to the child's wishes. Often, once the child hits the teenage years, the Courts give much deference to the child's wishes. However, other circumstances may cause the court to go against even a teenage child's wishes.
