does child services have the right ?

by false accusation's against me and my husband children services went to the school and talked to my children without letting us know first , are they allowed to go to the school and ask my children without have having to have left us know first that they was going?

Yes they do. They are required to investigate all complaints. They have no way of know a false complaint from a real one.
