Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

child support

I had an appeal to lower my child support in Pa. I was making 1440 per month and paying 384 per month in child support. I recently got a new job making 2200 per month. Should I cancel the appeal?

Re: child support

Depending on the county appealing an order where all parties are W-2 wage earners seldom gets you very far.

In your case canceling your appeal would be the wise thing to do.
