Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Child Support Calculation

I'm married and in the United States Miltary and I receive BAH(Basic allowance for Housing), which is giving to my family since no military quarters are avaliable. The money actually goes on my pay check(Les- leaving and earning statement) or into my account to pay the rent/mortage. I might have to pay child support depending a DNA testing and I'm wondering if the state of Pennsylvania can include this pay into my monthly take home pay to determine the child support payment? This BAH is also non taxable income.

Thank You

Re: Child Support Calculation

Under Pa support law, it could be included in your income.
