Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Child support when children are split between parents

we have two children my 12 year old son lives with me and my 14 year old daughter lives with my x-wife.Niether of us pay support. My ex-wife is re-married and does not work, only because she is supported by her husband. She had a career in the dental field. She is now trying to get support for the daughter that lives with her.Can she show her income as zero? Is her husbands income a factor?(he has both children on his company dental plan). Can I get support for our son that lives with me? Thank you

Re: Child support when children are split between parents

Your wife could be attributed an earning capacity. Who owes who support will have to be determined by the support guidelines. For further information contact an attorney.
