child support

can i still try to get child support for my daughter even though she is 16? how can i get legal custody of both of my kids

Child support can be obtained until a child is eighteen or graduates high school which ever is later. Getting legal custody assuming no written custody order you must file a custody complaint with the court. If the other parent agrees with you having legal custody it can be done by agreement or stipulation. I assume your children are living with you now. In any event you should consult with an attorney.
