Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

i am having child support deducted from my pay each week(last 2 and 1/2 years). the mother of my child moved to maine two and 1/2 years ago and i just found out that my name is not on the birth certificate. what are my options ?

also, if she never changed her address to maine is this considered fraud ?

these arrangements were made in doylestown

At some point you probably acknowledged paternity, like when they established the order. If so, it does not matter if you are not on the birth certificate. She should have advised the court of her new address, so that the payments are forwarded to her there.
