Child Support - 18 and Expelled

My son was expelled from high school last March, until January 2001. He has been attending classes for 3 hours a day at an alternative program, he works almost 35 hours per week and he was 18 October 8th. Am I still responsible for child support as I am for his 13 year old sister?

Re: Child Support - 18 and Expelled

If he is incapable of supporting himself you are probably responsible for him until he graduates from high school. However if he doesn't graduate because he slacks off you could argue that your support obligation should end.
