Child Support

My ex-wife lives in Erie, PA with our two kids and I live in Ohio. I lost my good paying job last year and have a lower paying job now. How do I go about having my child support reduced? Origianal court documents were filed in PA.

Your modification for child support should be filed in the court where the original documents were filed. In Ohio, a parent can also contact CSEA to modify child support. You also may want to check with the counterpart agency in the jurisdiction where you originally filed.
