Child Support - Ex-Wife Loses Job

My ex-wife has been fired from her job as a bank manager and now wants to take me back to court for more child support. Can she get more money because she's not working?

If your ex-wife was fired for cause, you can argue that she has the earning capacity of that position. If was laid off due to no fault of her own, and is an involuntary reduction in income, and is receiving unemloyment, she may be entitled to an increase, as support is modifiable.
