Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

child support

I'm filling out the pages for the divorce, and want to know how to cover myself in the future for child support. we are doing a no contest divorce and have agreed to not do child support for now. i want to make sure that if she were to leave at anytime and not be in contact with the kids that she would then be obligated to pay for child support.

Re: child support

Child support is an obligation that can NOT be contracted away. Such contracts or agreements are unenforceable in Pennsylvania. Nor does lack of partial custody or visitation eliminate the obligation. The custodial parent may at any time file for child support.
