Can I get child support from my husband? We disagree on how much money should be spent on our children's daily needs. We are still together for now but he is the only one that works and he decides on all financial decisions.

A parent will not receive child support if the parents of the child (or children) are still living together.

Once you set up a separate residence and you have the children with you, you will be considered the "custodial parent" and can then file for child support. At that time, the amount of support will be determined by looking at the Pennsylvania Supreme Court Child Support Guidelines and will depend on the income of both parents
