Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Child Support

My husband is currently paying way too much money in child support for his son. We have his son every weekend and every holiday and in addition to the child support, we pay for all of his necessities. This I think is uncalled for. The boy's mother never has to worry about entertaining him or taking him anywhere, yet she gets all the money.

Should we get an attorney and take her back to court to lower the child support?

Re: Child Support

You asked about child support.

This discussion is not yours to have. If your husband is concerned about the amount of child support payments then he should raise this issue. It is his son and his obligation.

Regards,

Roger
