Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

child support

My ex husband pays $700.00 a month child support for our two children. They are ages 11 and 14. He asked me to give him $20.00 because he was taking them to get their haircut. He also said his sister wanted to take them to a big amusement park in our state and needed the money for them to go. I don't feel that I should give him money for those things. I think if he wants to take them to get their haircut he can pay for it. I told my kids I would take them to get their haircut. I feel if his sister wants to take them to an amusement park then she can pay for it or he can. Am I right? He knows I have the money for these things.

Re: child support

You are right. The child support figure he pays you assumes that he will pay for things when they are in his custody.
