Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

child support

My husband has one child from a previous relationship and is know paying $421 a month I think that this is alot. He only made 24,000 gross last year. She told the court that she couldn't work because of a back problem but has no proof of this issuse. she currently has a full time job yet our child support has not be lowered. If we go back to court would our child support be lowed? Also could she get into trouble for lying to the court about the back problems?

Re: child support

If there has be a change in circumstances your husband can always go for a modification.

Do you have any proof she is lying about her back?
