Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I need to know child support laws in PA

Hello. I have a 3 year old son from a previous relationship.I have full legal and physical custody of him. I would like to know how much money in arrears has to build up before there is any enforcement. The total amount of arrears owed is $1785.15. There have not been any payments made within the past 6 months. Whenever there were warrants issued they were never followed through with. Noone seems to have any answers for me. I hope that you can offer me some advice. Thank you for your time.

Sometimes Domestic Relations Offices are overloaded and therefore not as on top of things as they should be. You need to hire a lawyer to file a petition for contempt with the court.
