can child support be given if a child lives with each parent

my husbands exwife is taking him for child support for there daughter but there son lives with us can she get child support for on child if the other child lives with us. both of these children are my step children i dont see how she can get for one when the other one lives with us.

If she goes for child support for the daughter, your husband should go for child support for the son. Chances are the orders would offset. I offer free consultations.
