I am getting married to a divorced persom who is now paying child support. When we marry, does the other party have the right to raise the child support due to an increase in home income?

Re: child support

Under guideline calculations your income is irrelevant. However, if your income allowed you and your spouse to be to live a lifestyle considerably better than the ex spouse and the chldren the court could order an increase in support based on this. The maximum award possible is 50% of your husband to be's income.
