Child Support??

If a mother of a child that has not been born yet does not put the fathers name on the birth certificate and the ''supposed'' father signs over his rights...does the mother have to and can the mother file for child support.

A father cannot just sign over his rights. The mother has the right to file for support. Alleged father can request paternity testing.
