Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania
In my child support order, it states that I recieve so much per month and my ex is responsible for paying 50% of unreimbursed medical expenses. Is he liable for anything else like field trips, drivers ed classes, summer camp?

If it doesn't specify in the order that he must pay for those things, then no he wouldn't be liable for those costs. It may be possible to get a support increase though if you have extraordinary child care costs. Courts often will make a payor responsible for items such as day care.
