Child Support

I currently receive support fo my daughter who is about to turn 18, does her dad continue to pay support until she graduates high scool or does my support stop next month when she turns 18? ALso, if she attend college after she graduates in the sprong, am I able to continue to receive support until she graduates college?

You asked about child support.

Uhhh, I think you miss the point. Child support is for the support of the child. It is at all times the child's child support. When the child turns 18 she is entitled to the child support if she enrolls in higher education. She is also entitled to additional support from both the custodial and non-custodial parents should she seek it.

Child support is normally paid to the custodial parent as it's thought that the custodial parent will otherwise be bearing the costs for the child. If the custodial parent is not bearing the entire cost for the child then the child support belongs only to the child.
