child support

i haven't receive child support in 7yrs, am on SSI the court isn't helping much to collect support 4 my child n he lived in another state what can i do to have the court to enforce the support order.

You should contact the collection enforcement division of the county where you have the support order to see if they will bring contempt provisions against the father. You can contact a private atttorney who may be able to use the enforcement proceedings to collect the arrearages. I do not understand why the internal revenue service is not attaching any refund the father is entitiled to each year and sending that towards the arrearages. You should ask domestic relations
