Child Support Re-evaluation
When my divorce was final I was awarded child support for my 2 children. Ex spouse had no other children at that time. Five years later ex spouse has had one more child with a girlfriend. They are not married. Since his income has gone up, I want to increase his child support. Is there a chance my current support could be decreased because now he has three children and is unmarried?

Re: Child Support Re-evaluation
Your child support should not decrease because your ex had more kids. The guidelines seek to prevent kids from receiving less support because of later born children.
