Child support -Review

I'm due for my 3 year review on my child support case for 3 children... who now live in florida. I.m still in PA. I only take home an average of $150- 170.00. I have lived with my mother in her back room for these 3 years... w/ no other means to leave or support myself and my children when they come to visit..... Should I bring a lawyer? Do I have a chance of success in reducing? I can live off of 250.00- 270.00 a month take home....

Your facts are insufficient to give you an opinion. has your income significantly been reduced in the last three years through no fault of your own. Has the mother's income significantly increased. You should meet with an attorney to discuss your situation. The investment of a consultation is well worth it. At that time you can determine whether an attorney will help your case.
