Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Child support

My Son will turn 18 in Febuary of 2008 and he will finish his last year of school in June of 2008. His Mother just filed to get support for him. My understanding is in pa you have to pay support till the child is 18 and or out of school am I right on this.???

Re: Child support

Support end when the child turns 18 or graduates high school, which ever happens last.

Worst case you'll be on the hook for about 9 months of child support.
