Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

child support

Can my ex ask for child support 4 years after our divorce. We have a divorce agreement stating no child support. We also each have joint physical and legal custody.

Re: child support

Yes. A Court can always look at child support.

Re: child support

Any agreement waiving child support is unenforceable.

If you have true shared physical custody and the child spends 40% or more nights with you then the amount of child support will be less.

If you have any questions feel free to contact me. The initial consultation is free.
