child out of wedlock

my ex girlfriend gave birth 3 days ago to my baby.her present boyfriend signed birth certificate. am i responsiable to pay support. she wont let me see the child.

Unless and until she files for support, you have no legal obligation. A moral one, perhaps...

If you want to see the child, you'll probably wind up causing friction, and friction will lead her to file for support.
