Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

my children' father and I had a agreement (contract) when we separated one year ago on the alimony and house transfer to me (I already transfered the deed to me). It was signed by both party with witnesses. Divorce still pending, now he regret what he agreed to, fighting with me in the court. In PA, can he just change his mind on the signed deal, win in the court?

I would have to review the agreement to be sure. But if valid, it can be enforced through the divorce.

I would like to see the agreement. He would probably have to petition to modify and show a material change in circumstances. If you don;t have a a lawyer, this might be a very good time to obtain one.

If yuo would like to call me for a (free) discussion, you are welcome to. I am guessing you are in Chester County, and I do go there frequently.

It would by pleasure to talk to you.

Good luck, in any event.
