Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

children during separation

my wife and i separate recently. we have 3 children. she left me for someone else that just got out of jail 2 months ago for drug related issues. Is there any way by law that I can keep him away from my kids? I have no issues with my wife and we've been civil with each other but it bothers me that this individual is around my kids every time they're with her. Is there anything i can do?

Re: children during separation

You need to file for a custody order. Even if her choice of significant other wasn't an issue.

The custody matter may be resolved by coming to an agreement or a hearing.

Without a custody order you can not enforce any agreement you might have.
