children

I am going on vacation with my husband and I am leaving my two young children with my sister. What do I need to give her just incase my children need medical attention?

Re: children

Certainly you need to leave medical insurance cards for the children. I would also suggest a notarized authorization permitting her to make decisions and give directives regarding health care for you children. Often times I copy the parent's drivers license onto the document before signing as further proof that you actually signed it. Contact me if you need assistance in this regard.
