Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania
My childrens father has 11 children, 4 with me (and mine all came first). He currently has custody of two of his younger children and said that the welfare case worker he deals with told him to just sign off on his rights to my 4 and he will no longer have to pay child support to me. Is this possible without my consent???? I currently have full custody of my children and give him no visitation rights because he is a horrible person to begin with but I don't feel he should be able to just no pay support for my children. Can he really just give up his rights and not have to pay support anymore??

No, he cannot just terminate his parental rights. This is normally done during an adoption proceeding, so without another father to adopt, he will not be able to terminate his parental rights to avoid paying support
