Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I have a 15 year old daughter who's father has never made the effort in seeing her since our divorce. Out of the blue he located us and wants to talk to her but she doesn't wantr to talk to him.

What is her legal right?

Re: child's right

Depends on the custody order. If there is no custody order than he can try to talk to her if that is in the order. If she doesn't want to talk the best he can do is try to change the custody order. If the child really does not want to talk she won't. I can not see a court holding the child in contempt.
