My husband paying 1500.00 per month as child suport bcoz his xwife has child's legal custody and my husband has parshial custody. so his son come to us every 15 days. and I got marry with this person with my son. Now his xwife also got marry last year. How we can reduce the custody money and I get honest advice .

You asked about child support.

Child support is for the benefit of the child, not the custodial parent. Generally the custodial parent's means are not taken into account. The most important factor is what the non-custodial parent is able to contribute.

Without a significant change in the circumstances of the non-custodial parent the child support payment is not likely to subject to revision. Please note that if the non-custodial parent's income (or capacity to earn) has increased, then opening the issue could mean an increase in child support payments.

Nevertheless, you should speak with an attorney to evaluate your particular circumstances.
