clause in divorce degree

Man is divorced works for big comp.He has health insurance coverage Comp takes ex-wife off but gives alternate med plan. Clause states he is to carry on med plan till dec. If big comp takes her off but provides alternate med plan has he fulfilled the clause in the degree?

If I understand you; probably not. If the Decree says he has to provide medical coverage then he pays. If it just says that she stays on the plan then the lawyer should pay.
