Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I have cohabitated with a women for several years. We are not married. We have a three year old child. She has terminated the relationship as she has meet someone else. We still live in the same address and will do so until the lease expires (60 days). I want to establish my custody rights as she wants to move in with her boyfriend and he lives 50 miles away. What action should I take?

You need to file for custody. This will establish which county has jurisdiction. Also if she want to move away with the child you should act before she does. Yes you can make her come back but it much easier if she has to stay for the custody heaing.
