Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Cohabitation = Common law marriage in PA?

Does cohabitation constitute common law marriage in PA? My GF and I live togther and jointly own our house, but do not file joint returns nor address each other as husband/wife. If we split up, could one person file for alimony?

Common law marriage is no longer valid in PA. No alimony would be due. I offer free initial consultations.
