What is acceptable as evidence of cohahitation in Pennsylvania and who do you present the evidence to to document it?

Sounds like you want to use the recipient's cohabitation as a reason to terminate alimony.

To have any use for any evidence you need to file a petition to terminate alimony.

What you have to prove is that a member of the opposite sex that is not so closely related they couldn't get married, is living with the recipient.

Not the easiest thing to prove.
