Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Cohabitation=common law marriage in PA?

My GF and I live togther and jointly own our house. We do not file a joint return nor do we address each other as husband/wife. Would PA consider us ''married'' as far as family law is concerned?

Based upon the facts you have given, the answer is no. Must have actually used "words of present intent to marry."

Call to discuss further.
