common law entitlements

i was with someone for 6years as a stay @home mother/student, he purchased a house for me in both our names and now we have ended the relationship i am moving out. he gave me 3 months of help totaling about $3000.i have to start all over again purchasing a vehicle for work and have agreed to move out of the home. am i entitled to any monies if he sells the house?

If you area co-owner on the deed you are entitlted to proceeds from the sale of the house. I highly recommend contacting a lawyer to fully discuss all the relevant facts. I offer free consultations.
